Before he cracked the code to film shoot rental success, Josh experimented with various real estate ventures, including live-in-flips, single-family rentals, small multi-family rentals, build to rent new construction, and short-term vacation rentals. Film shoot rentals are, by far, his favorite real estate niche. Before he started renting his home for shoots, Josh worked in financial services. Josh lives with his wife and two children outside of New York City.
