
My guest in this episode is Ryan Wright. Ryan is an Income Hacker. He started his first business at 15, and by 19, he had already sold two profitable companies. He then entered real estate, purchasing his first duplex at 21. Since that time, he has worn the hats of real estate agent, mortgage broker, wholesaler, fix-and-flip investor, private and hard money lender, landlord, entrepreneur, and business leader. He now runs a top personal finance, FIRE, real estate, and personal motivation podcast called Income Hacker. Ryan aims to guide as many people as possible to be financially free in 10 years or less by utilizing Income Hacking. He has completed an Ironman, has a stand up desk, rides a Slingshot, wears Brooks Sneakers, and has created four real estate investing software tools that incorporate the hacks that made him so successful. He speaks nationally but calls Salt Lake City home. He loves his wife, his two young sons, and the Utah Jazz. He spends time snowmobiling and fishing. He is the author of four books including: How to Get More Money Than You Can Ever Handle!, and How To Get Financing Regardless of Credit, Job History and Income.
