My guest in this episode is Liz Faircloth. Liz began her investing career with the purchase of a duplex with a $30,000 loan outside of Philadelphia. After selling this duplex and moving to New Jersey, she co-founded the DeRosa Group with her husband, Matt Faircloth. The DeRosa Group, based in Trenton, NJ, is a developer and owner of commercial and residential property with a mission to “transform lives through real estate.” While helping grow the DeRosa portfolio, she had a career for many years where she worked with Fortune 500 companies to develop team and talent development programs.
Liz started The Real Estate InvestHER Show with Andresa Guidelli Providing women real estate investors with education, support and inspiration to live a financially free and balanced life. This podcast has grown into a movement for women real estate investors with over 20 Meetup groups accross the United States and it keeps growing!
I have been super impressed with what Liz and Andressa have created and built and am excited to talk to her about the InvestHer community as well!
