Most recently Alan was the founder and General Partner of Paragon Capital, a private investment fund focused on making structured debt and equity investments. For the last 20 years, Alan has been President and the founder of Bristol Investment Group, an SEC registered / FINRA broker-dealer. In the 1980’s, he worked for Bear Stearns, Shearson Lehman Hutton and Cowen, primarily in Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions Groups.
