He is the author of the new release Mastering the Art of Commercial Real Estate Investing: How to Successfully Build Wealth and Grow Passive Income from Your Rental Properties.
This book is written for the real estate investor who is either new to investing or has been at it awhile but realizes he or she needs help learning the time-proven principles of real estate investing. Over the years Doug has learned these principles, sometimes by observing his clients in action and sometimes through the “school of hard knocks” while investing on his own. Now he’s learned them the hard way, but his readers don’t have to.
