After years working in the arts, managing restaurants, running bars and owning a berry farm … Four years ago Pili decided to dive into Real Estate. After getting her license in 2013 she has not stopped! Her passion is taking old, rundown, flooded, moldy, fire ravaged, termite eaten, over grown, under appreciated homes and turning them in to homes that deserve a good family. She finds the worst homes and gives them a heart again.
Jason spent ten years working in the arts and living in New York, Milan Italy and Hamburg Germany. Shifted focus and operated the largest outdoor bar in New York City growing revenue over his 6 years by over twenty times. During 2012 Jason starting Alphabet City Brewing Company – a New York City based brewery that distributes to over 500 restaurants and bars in New York annually. In that same year – Jason helped opened Jack’s Sushi and Sliders, a New York City lynchpin in the Gramercy neighborhood for fast affordable bites. 2013 Jason moved to New Jersey to take over the strategic operations of the family business. Jason’s family has been in the construction industry for over five generations.
In 2014 Jason bought his first investment property in a beach town effected by Hurricane Sandy and targeted the teams focus efforts in the direction of growing a real estate portfolio. He currently has units in New Jersey, Indiana and Alabama. His experience lends in his ability to maximize the profit on flips by utilizing specialized rigging experience and using those profits to grow a sizable rental portfolio of small to mid-size apartment communities.
