Mauricio assists with capital raising while ensuring compliance across all governing authorities. Most recently, he served as general counsel to Mahogany Bay Village (Hilton’s newest branded resort hotel) in the development of the country’s largest luxury resort in Belize, where he resided during the development phase and beyond.
